Introduction

Food is always a necessity for people, and food culture invisibly affects people's eating habits. Especially in the Tang Dynasty, the large scale of territories emerges from diverse cultures from different countries in Central Asia. It leads to "Hu Hua", which means the western region's cultures inflow and occurs with mainland culture. We will introduce the food culture exchange between Tang and Central Asia with examples and the influences of the outcoming food cultures.
