In the Tang tomb excavated in Astana, Xinjiang, in 1972, there were plum-shaped stuffed wheaten snacks, dumplings, wontons, which seemed very delicate and attractive. After textual research, it was discovered that these foods were passed down from the Tang. In the past, this proves that the wheaten food culture of Central Asia has been exchanged with each other in the Tang Dynasty. Making wheaten food has changed even more, and it has almost become the staple food on the table of the Tang Dynasty.
